Domenico, our young chef, brings all his dedication and love for good food, to the table.
Right from his youth, he demonstrated a natural inclination towards cooking, so he dedicated his whole life to improving his skills and knowledge both in Italy and abroad, arriving lately at MaMaGió Restaurant, with so much energy and new ideas.
His staples: high quality ingredients, following what each season brings to us, respecting the tradition, but creating something new from it, drawing inspiration from the ingredients themselves.
One of our goals is to always keep the highest quality possible in our dishes, plating, table service so that our guests can fully experience an excellent meal and atmosphere. Respecting the natural availability of the ingredients, we offer meat, fish and vegetarian options.
